Go Bowling Races Into Watkins Glen & Richmond Raceway

Racing fans better buckle up as Go Bowling is extending its relationship with the sport of racing through sponsorships with Watkins Glen International and Richmond Raceway in 2018.

Go Bowling, which has previously sponsored NASCAR races in Kansas and Pocono, has signed a two-year deal to sponsor the Go Bowling at The Glen on August 5. This Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race is one of the most popular on the series. In addition, Go Bowling has also inked a deal to sponsor the Go Bowling 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race in Richmond on September 21.

Bowling is the largest participatory sport in the United States and NASCAR is one of the most viewed. The two sports have similar demographics and, based on past partnerships, racing is a powerful platform to promote bowling.

At both races, Go Bowling will activate promotions and on-site activities. These will include Go Bowling racing league promotions in the markets around Watkins Glen and Richmond, giving bowling and racing fans the opportunity to attend the race and win VIP race day experiences. Go Bowling will also set up fully-operational lanes in the interactive fan fair areas at the tracks so that fans can bowl and meet NASCAR Drivers, PBA and PWBA Bowlers and other celebrities.

In addition, at Richmond, the Professional Women’s Bowling Association (PWBA) will once again host its Tour Championship event during race week. The worlds best professional women bowlers on Tour will compete on specially-built lanes for the final major event of their season.

So stay tuned for these upcoming races and remember to Go Bowling!
